Looking for Brits!

Hey there

Am not new, but am back after time away!

Did well a couple of years ago and circumstances changed and let myself down.. back on it for c.2 months and doing great/feeling great. My focus is a lifestyle I can maintain, lots of exercise, healthy heating but NOT a diet if that make sense.

This time have made some MFP 'friends' to keep me motivated ... and I encourage them too! But most are from the States which is lovely but means lots of 'silence' during the day due to time difference, so would love to 'meet' some Brit 'friends' for mutual support.

I'm a London girl myself.

    Thanks - yes, but it's not the same as being 'friends' and it's not a very responsive group... perhaps us Brits are just a bit shy on here?
