Starting my diet today🙌 Only smoothies, lean food, water, vegetables, and fruits👌 Exercise daily.. Starting off every day with at home workouts that I chose & then ending my day off with a 30min walk👣 Excited to start this journey officially now👐 Weigh ins every Sunday😊 So add me & watch my progress during my weight loss journey😁

    OP: What are your current stats: Height, weight? What is your goal weight and how many calories are you planning to consume each day?

    Good luck.

    remember slow and steady. we don't put on the weight overnight (or in a few weeks) so it takes time to safely loose it. Are you logging (weight/measure) the foods?
