Starting my diet today🙌 Only smoothies, lean food, water, vegetables, and fruits👌 Exercise daily.. Starting off every day with at home workouts that I chose & then ending my day off with a 30min walk👣 Excited to start this journey officially now👐 Weigh ins every Sunday😊 So add me & watch my progress during my weight loss journey😁

remember slow and steady. we don't put on the weight overnight (or in a few weeks) so it takes time to safely loose it. Are you logging (weight/measure) the foods?0
