Any ideas for a fat free diet

You need fat in your diet. This article is aimed at Vegans, and I'd consider it too extreme for my own personal philosophy, but it looks like the science adds up.

Fat is not evil. We need it to stay healthy.
having said that, I ended up fairly low fat by accident these last few months (i wasn't tracking fat) and have been working to introduce more fat to have a better balance. You can look at my diary if you want for ideas (if you go back a week or two you'll see my fat is lower)0 -
No fat at all is pretty difficult and your body needs some fats to function.
Lower fat foods-
Most vegetables and fruits
Beans, peas, lentils
Rice, quinoa, barley, pasta
Oatmeal
Fat free dairy
Egg whites
Skinless chicken breast or turkey breast
