Quick Weightlifting program to combine with yoga session?

Hello,

I'm looking for a progressive weightlifting program that can be done quickly (30 minutes max) but still show results.

In August I'm starting a yoga program that is 30 minutes every day, but 2-3 days a week I would like to do some weightlifting as well (also would appreciate some advice on whether I should do the yoga first or after, I was thinking maybe I could use the yoga as a warm up?).
