Snack Suggestions

I am trying to switch somethings around to get my sugar intake under control and I am having a hard time with finding snacks. I went with low fat sharp cheese and the it blow my fat limitation. I can't eat raw vegetables because of stomach issues. The only yogurt I like is yoplait whips which has too much sugar. HELP!

    Rice cakes - only like 30-40 calories! comes in different flavors, BBQ, cheesy, salt and vinegar
    Sugar free jelly - 8 cal per serving
    Ryvita cracker bread - 19 cal
    nuts
    cottage cheese

    All these are very low sugar snacks, low cal and low fat, and all delicious!

    sugar free jelly is not a snack

    Some of my favorites are beef jerkey, chips and salsa (organic, nongmo, no sugar or salt added), rice cakes, ice cream, etc

    I wouldn't worry too much about going over your fat.

    Aim for snacks which contain protein and fat, eg:

    greek yoghurt
    apple with peanut butter
    hummous with vegetables
    cheese
    nuts
    jerky
    milk

    Sometimes I have a hardboiled egg or two as a snack when I'm trying to keep my sugars low!

    dark chocolate, greek yogurt, or almonds -> my favorite go-to snacks
