Can anyone help, I have had a complete change around due to serious ill health and I have now taken early retirement from a busy job that i loved. Due to strong medication I spend a great deal of time resting and have gained over two stone in the last year!!
Can anyone advice what I could eat that is sweet? or a treat, carrot sticks just dont do it for me but evenings between 6 and 10 are a really tricky time for me, I am beginning walking slowly again but with little stamina the calories just aren't shifting the weight. any ideas?

Welcome! You can eat whatever you want, you just can't eat too much.

Start logging everything you normally eat. Even if over calories. After a few days, you can start replacing one item at a time to lower your calories. You don't have to completely change your eating habits in one day. Focus on one small goal at a time. You might start out with trying to add 1-2 vegetables in your diet each day for a week or two. Make small goals you know you can be successful at before moving to the next goal.

One of my favorite low-calorie treats is Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars (flavor - chocolate chip cookie dough).
