Hard gainer

I'm working out on and off from past 3 years and from past 3 months im regular at gym 4-5 days a week and all i do is eat sleep workout repeat. But still its very hard for me to put on size. What am i doing wrong?

    Check out Arnold Swarzennegers BluePrint to Mass and follow his diet to a T. My son is a hard gainer and has to eat 5000 calories a day to see gains. You will find it next to impossible to eat clean and get 5000 calories. My son has to use a high quality mass-gainer to get his calories in.

    Not an expert nor a specialist just somenody who desired change . This is what worked for me was mymilkshake from myprotein taken before bed. . Eating 3 meals a day 2 protien drinks and chocalate milk A gallon of water a day and trying hard to get 7 hours of sleep nightly . Rest days important I also have a great trainer..hope this helps
