Strength training while running

I've started a training program this week for a half marathon in November. It's running 5 days a week. I want to include some strength in training but don't have a huge amount of time. Is training 2x a week enough to keep what muscle mass I have? I was looking at total body dumbbell routines that's take 30-45 minutes. I don't have access to a gym but I have two sets of adjustable dumbbells at home
