Hey everyone. I’m new to the forums here, I’ve been on MyFitnessPal for years and didn’t even know this was here lol.
I’ve lost about 90 lbs with the combo of weightlifting, some cardio and tracking my calories on here. I’m currently trying to gain some muscle, what I guess you’d call “bulking”. Just wanted to introduce myself! The first couple of pics are me a few months ago and the last is me just a few weeks ago at the end of my cut. I’m enjoying being able to eat more food and trying to put on some much need muscle! Lol. Cheers, everyone.
