Does anyone have good game recipes to share with healthy sides that compliment it??

The only game I cook regularly is game birds such as partridge and pheasant, which I roast like duck to an internal temperature of 52C on the meat thermometer. For roast fowl I like roast potatoes and roast veg (maybe a dish with sweetness such as the carrot link below) as sides.
