First Pregnancy and Trying to Stay on Track!

Hey All- I'm at the end of my first trimester of my first pregnancy and BOY IS IT HARD TO STAY ON TRACK. I was an avid runner and though I watched what I ate most of the time, I never had to worry about overindulging regularly. I have been so sick the last couple months, that's pretty much thrown my fitness out the window (to credit myself, I am back out and walking daily!).

Now the food thing... yeah... I'm hungry ALL THE TIME. Not only that, I feel like I'm going to hurl anytime I get even a little bit hungry, so I feel like I'm constantly eating just to keep myself from throwing up. I'm trying to make health-conscience food choices now (not so much the first couple weeks), but any advice anyone has to feel the best I can while not totally falling off the wagon would be greatly appreciated. Ideas for meals, snacks, exercise, any pregnancy advice, etc....

I know I still have a long way to go before the baby comes, then there's a whole new adventure for keeping up with health and fitness!
