Hi all, new here.. had enough of my self "pitty" so I decided to do something about it.
I'm a student. I also work. When I work, it's like 08:00-20:00 (2-3 days/week), workout around 3 times a week, and with all that said, I live in the night. It doesn't matter how early I need to get up, or how many hours I've been awake till now. I'm constantly awake until 05:00 about 90% of the week. + I definitely have some sort of binge eating problem, which I guess is connected to those long empty hours.
It's obviously irrelevant to count calories when you don't control your binge eating so I figured I'll just "deprive" myself of the free time and won't let myself fall into this long periods of time without food by sleeping earlier which means alot more workout.
Any usefull tips on how to get started with this process, or more like, how to keep it stable?

Sounds like you have quite a few issues to contend with. If the binge eating is a proper eating disorder, then it's important for you to address that first. If you mean it in the sense of "eating everything because you're bored/stressed/lonely" then look into other things to help you cope with these feelings. Physically exhausting yourself by working out excessively isn't very sustainable and you could end up hurting yourself, so do be carefully. It might be good to do/take up a hobby that occupies your hands (it's difficult to eat when they're busy). I find having something to focus on and especially something that's actively engaging (e.g. not watching tv) helps to stop me from eating out of boredom.
There's a lot of good advice in the stickies so it would be worthwhile to have a look through the Getting Started posts. Look at the success stories for inspiration and see how others have created and sustained healthy habits.0 -
