How do you feel about diet challenges? Any recommendations?

I've been on my weight loss journey since last fall and I've lost a total of 15 pounds *yay*
However, I always find myself hitting a plateau or just gaining half of the weight back. Does anyone know of any fitness or health challenges that delivers results? I'm a bit desperate to kick my weight loss journey back up again.
A co-worker recommended me this diet plan https://bit.ly/2u8Zuoi. The reviews are good on the site however I would rather hear direct feedback from other people who have tried it. All recommendations for challenges will be taken into consideration.Thanks!

How much have you got left to lose? The closer you come to goal, the less of a 'cushion' you have against inaccurate food and exercise logging. Do you adjust your calories downward as you shrink? From personal experience, I was losing 1-2lbs/week on calories that would be above my current maintenance when I got started.0
