Yes.. you read that right. I have 139 lbs to lose and I have no idea how to start. I figured downloading MyFitnessPal app would be the start I could do and figure out.
I'm terrified I'm going to fail. I'm terrified I'm unhealthy (haven't done blood work in over a year). I'm terrified that I'm going to die. And I'm so down about my weight that I'm worried I won't even begin eating healthy because I'd rather eat my feelings.
So here goes nothing. Or maybe everything.

Congratulations on downloading the App. Now simply fill in your current situation and where you'd like to be, and it will tell you how many calories you should be eating per day. Start tracking your food calories by entering each meal in detail, then add some exercise as well.
