    Awesome! You'll find loads of helpful information and tips in the stickies. I find that the first week or so I have lots of motivation as it's all new, and then by week 3 I'm struggling, so looking at the success stories and seeing how other people have done it can be a great to keep you inspired and on track. There are also loads of tasty recipes and meal ideas to help you find new and delicious ways to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Good luck and keep up the great work :)
