Have managed to lose 4 kgs so far n noticed I’m now putting weight on is this normal still really active n under calorie intake

Weight loss isn't linear. Water weight has fluctuations that can mask fat loss over the short term. Look at your long term weight trend. If you know that you are at a calorie deficit, just keep doing what you are doing.
Here's a three month time frame where I was at or below my calorie goal every day:

"Putting weight on." ?
If it's less than 3kg, it could be just normal fluctuations cause by (female) time of the month, lots of salty food, a new exercise routine causing some water retention while muscles are inflamed. Could be lack of sleep or a lot of stress, could be hot weather.
Of course, it could be you aren't logging accurately. If you open your FOOD page we may be able to spot something.
