I've always been someone who was in and out of fitness and never really stuck with a plan for more than a few months. I'm 5'6" and my for the majority of my adult life, my weight has been around 170-180. Last February, I finally decided enough was enough and committed to to really working out and eating better. I go to the gym about 5 days a week, and had been eating healthy for the most part. I find the the longer I do this, the more I'm enjoying it. The last few months, I've felt that I had plateaued and not much has changed in my weight or physique. I realized the main reason for this was because where as I was being more conscious about what I was eating, I still wasn't really keeping track of what or how much I was eating. Recently I finally took the next step and began tracking my macros and calories. I've still got a way to go, but I'm now down to 146 lbs from 175 last February, and at about 13.3% body fat! I'm happy with my progress and I'm going to keep going, as my goal is to get to 8-10% body fat!
