    Thanks again! I do weigh every day on same scale at same time. I log everything I eat meticulously. I only need to lose the 15 pounds I gained after I quit smoking. I'm getting a scale this week and will use it! My blood work is perfect so I know cardiac wise I am eating correctly. Also I have been hypothyroid for 10 years but my labs are good on that as well. Yes if I had a nickel for every time a doctor said well, you are a post menopausal woman over age 60 as a reason I can't budge the weight I'd be rich LOL I'm not giving up.
