I have a recipe that calls for two cups of mixed greens. How do I know how many calories ate in two cups of this?

You'd have to weigh it. But I really don't think it's anything to stress too much about when the entire container is just 35.3

The standard answer would be measure (preferably weigh) out two cups worth. But with leafy vegetables many people don't bother with that because they're so low in calories. Can you estimate how much of the container you used and log that much?1

Figure out how many cups are in the bag and then figure out what percentage of that is 2 cups.
There's only 35 cals in the whole bag so estimating is totally fine. So if you determine there are say 4 cups in the bag, then two cups has 17 calories.3
