First Weekly Weigh In

Is tomorrow. Pretty nervous. Hopefully I see the scale and measurement difference. In the past the number on the scale usually determine what type of day I would have. Whether keep going/giving up and then eventually binging on large amounts of foods.

We'll see. I'm determined though to stay on track :)

    Down by 7.4 in a week
    Starting 214.2
    Now 206.8

    Measurements: inches

    Neck 14.1 down to 13.9 loss of .2
    Arm 14 down to 13.6 loss of .4
    Waist 41 down to 40.4 loss of .6
    Stomach 44.2 down to 42.9 loss of 1.3
    Hips 46.2 down to 45.5 loss of .7
    Thigh 26.9 down to 25 loss of 1.9
    Calf 15.9 up to 16.2 gain of .3 (I'm assuming muscle?)

    Wooohooo excited to kick off week 2!

    Ending Week 2 update
    Weight at July 1st 214.2 total loss this far 13.4
    Current weight 200.8
    Measurements: loss this far in inches
    Neck: .6
    Arm: .7
    Waist: 2.6
    Stomach: 1.9
    Hips: 1.4
    Thigh: 2
    Calf: 0 (started 15.9 first week, then starting week 2 16.2 and now back to 15.9)

    My hope for next week is to be officially OUT of the 200s!
