Motivation !!

Hey all!!!

I'm working on a weight-loss goal that I've tried to do about 100 times already. I struggle with staying on track. I will usually go 2 or maybe 3 weeks of eating right and exercising regularly but then I get caught up in a cheat day and one day turns to a week and one week turns into a month... I'm trying NOT TO relapse this time as I achieve my goal of not only losing weight but more importantly transition to a healthier lifestyle.

    Hope you can come up with a strategy that can get you past the cheat day turning into a month. Maybe instead of a cheat day - it can be a maintenance day. You can even eat at maintenance for a week - with the goal of maintaining. And, then go back to weight loss.

    Maybe forget about eating right and exercising, and just focus on eating less?
