    I had good pizza yesterday. Worked 3 days on the dough and it was worth it.

    Biga based (pre-fermented dough starter) then fridge fermented. Gives the crust an earthy flavor. First time experimenting with this and I'm glad it was a successful attempt.

    You are my people! <3 I mean, I don't dislike pizza, but if someone put a pizza or a plate of pasta in front of me, the pasta wins every time.
