Need help with iPAD

Hello, my name is Michele and I have been with this site for years under another e-mail address, but I changed e-mail and my name on the account it works on my iPhone and my Mac, however I can not get it to work on my iPad. I deleted and went to re-install with what I am using now and it keeps telling me it is not correct, how can I fix it? Please any information and help is appreciated.
