I’m really skinny so what should I eat in order to gain weight and build muscles? What should I eat for Breakfast, lunch, dinner choices please?

To gain weight, you have to eat more (a calorie deficit).
To build muscles, you have to use them.
You can eat anything you want for any meal.
You may want to add some snacks.
You may want to start a new thread in an appropriate part of the forums.

Sorry, but you gave horrible and a lack of advice. I pointed out the flaws in your advice towards op

    1. You need a calorie surplus, not deficit
    2. People use their muscle everyday, yet they don’t grow. You have to stress and stimulate the muscle with progressive overload to promote growth.
    3. You can eat anything you want WITHIN you macro goals for optimal results.
    4. This is the right forum section....

Set up MFP with a goal to gain 0.5lbs per week. Log accurately and consistently and make sure you eat all your calories. You can eat whatever you want, but make sure to get enough protein. Get started on a progressive strength training workout.
