REVENGE BODY

Is there anyone here who just went through a recent break up and is crazy mad and furious? Anyone who was told that she is too fat (even though I just had a baby) and he did not sign up for a fat girlfriend?
Someone who would like to turn this anger into her advantage to push herself and motivate herself to SHOW HIM that she CAN do this and SHE CAN lose the weight but by then it will be too late and she will want nothing to do with him?
So add me to your friends, let's make a plan and stick to it and celebrate our victory and let's not let douche bags control our thoughts any longer!
I am highly motivated but lose track every once in a while. I need like minded people to keep me on track.
Let's do this!!!

Revenge Body willpower that's fueled on anger is a limited resource. It will run out. You don't need to show him that you can do it. I surmise there's something much deeper that he did not sign up for and it has absolutely nothing to do with your weight. He may have used that to make his way of escape.
You could throw yourself into beast mode at the gym, fast and keto hoping to turn everything back around. He may bat an eyeball. Or not. If he moves on he might not look back in the rearview mirror. A popular celebrity who started a revenge body movement, it didn't change anything for her either when all was said and done.
If you want to take your health back, do it for you and your sweet child. Don't let an old flame burn you twice.
A real man loves his child and the mother of his child come 'hail' or high water. He would fight for both of you and would not care about your weight. He'd love the smithereens right out of both of you. That's what a Stand-Up man does.
I've ridden that merry-go-round with weight and all of the horses saddles were worn smooth from my rearend. Start tracking your food every day. Start thinking waaay down the road into your future for the rest of your life. There's no such thing as the finish line for taking care of both of you. Your overall health and wellbeing. Track each and every day, meet your data points. Don't look to the left or the right, eyes forward and let nothing deter you.
This is the strategy I've used and it made all of the difference for me. Nothing is impossible. This man can change for the better but if he doesn't change his stripes...you will meet the right person who will love you no matter what the outer shell looks like. You both deserve that and I support you from the bottom of my heart.13 -
Mari22na,
Thank you so much for your lengthy and detailed message! You are right, he is not a Stand-Up man, not worth my time. Thank you for your support!
I can and will do this, for myself and my kids.

I will add you! I lost forty pounds two years ago on this app and gained some back when I hit my goal. I recently had my heart broken and have been hitting the gym and logging like crazy. Its taken my mind off of the heartache and focusing on being a better version of me. We can do this!3

I agree about it being short fuel, but it is a great way to begin your journey. I know from experience. I have shifted my priorities to living longer as motivation but I would never have wanted to start of it was not for that revenge... Haha. I am sending you a friend request3
