Eating a doughnut or chocolate bar if it fits your cals/macros won't negate the nutritional value of everything else you've eaten...6 -
These! There are a bunch of different varieties and flavors.
Edit: The store brand usually tastes the same and is cheaper

Sugar free jelly works a treat for me,if I have enough cals left I add 1 tablespoon of clotted cream0

I find that the more I give into my sweet tooth, the worse it becomes. If I ignore it for a couple weeks and abstain from anything sweet, I don't crave it.5

So you need to teach yourself moderation?9 -

I would go crazy eating nothing but salad, oatmeal, chicken and rice. I hope that’s just one sample day and not representative of your every day meal plans...
Often when people make decisions to eat “healthy” they think that means each food in isolation must be a nutritional powerhouse and that treats are not allowed, or else they call them “cheats”.
A healthy overall diet is one that is balanced and varied, at an appropriate calorie level for ones goals, provides macro and micronutrients, satiety, and enjoyment. There’s nothing wrong with eating things like sweets in moderation. If you have trouble controlling your intake of these foods start with not having them in the house but go out for ice cream after dinner. Or purchase single serving portions and only allow yourself them if you have the calories for it. Prelogging your day to be able to fit in these sort of foods is something that many of us do regularly.5 -

Is there a certain time of day this happens or when you're alone. There are ways to stop if you are aware.0 -

Most people can stop the sweet tooth thing temporarily.....but what happens when you get to your goal weight? Maintenance is a much longer road.3 -

I happens only when I’m at work but then again I’m never home I work about 75-80hours a week 7 days a week and when it’s slow at work I crave it.. it also sounds odd but I have an oral fixation so I chew on gum constantly or sugar free candies0
