Looking for lunch ideas

i normally eat a quinoa black bean salad, a few carrots and celeri and carrots plus a home made protein bar for lunch.

but looking for new ideas. Lunch in total is around 330 calories total.

This week I am trying two boiled eggs, two light laughing cow wedges, a few carrots and celeri or cuccumber and my must have chocolate content being a 50 cal jello pudding. This actually worked better for my daily nutrition balance. But open to other ideas :) I was thinking maybe chicken breast (at the right balanced portion). I haven't found anther salad i quite like.
