Hey Guys,
I am wondering if 6678 calories per day correct is to lose about 1kg per week.
I’m 186cm and weight about 86 kilos.
6600 seems for me a bit high.

Goal is 75 Kilos

Do you have a typo there? 6600 calories is ridiculous unless you are Michael Phelps.0

Even if you were an elite athelete, your TDEE calories would only be about 3500 calories, so to lose 1 lb, about 3000 calories. DId you put your info in the app? There is no way your calories are right.0

Do you mean 6678 kilojoules? That's about 1600 calories a day. You're at a normal BMI and don't have much to lose so you should only be aiming to lose .25-.5 kg per week, which will give you more to eat.3
