Are my calories right?

Hey Guys,

I am wondering if 6678 calories per day correct is to lose about 1kg per week.

I’m 186cm and weight about 86 kilos.

6600 seems for me a bit high.

If you need more information just let me know

    Where did you get that number from? (yes, it's high.... Very high)

    You're in the gaining weight forum...but want to lose weight? Are you getting your goals mixed up?

    I don’t understand this as well
    So I put in 86 kilos
    Goal is 75 Kilos
    1 Kilo per Week

    Do you have a typo there? 6600 calories is ridiculous unless you are Michael Phelps.

    Even if you were an elite athelete, your TDEE calories would only be about 3500 calories, so to lose 1 lb, about 3000 calories. DId you put your info in the app? There is no way your calories are right.

    Do you mean 6678 kilojoules? That's about 1600 calories a day. You're at a normal BMI and don't have much to lose so you should only be aiming to lose .25-.5 kg per week, which will give you more to eat.
