Hey guys wondering if anyone can give some pointers on how to get rid on saggy skin and flesh from losing my 50 lbs. Firming cream don't seem to work and currently doing dumbbell excersise but nothing is happening. It's the arm tricep and inner thigh that's my problem. Please help

Skin takes longer to catch up, particularly if you lost it quickly. It could take up to 2 years to bounce back, and even then, it may not completely resolve. Good job losing. Focus on the good that you've done for your health.2

Ive got the same problem, it's a really annoying byproduct of the weight loss as I find it messes with my mind a bit. Ive lost 60lbs in around a year and whilst my clothes are a UK size 10-12 when I look in the mirror without clothes on I look like a size 16-18 because my belly hangs down so low and my thighs and arms are all crinkly, sometimes it's like I have less body confidence than I did when I was bigger because of this. Ive hardly lost any weight in the past 6 months and have been hoping because it's slowed down my skin would bounce back but nothing yet. Ive tried some firming creams but probably not regularly enough and exercise doesn't seem to help although obviously it has other benefits
If anyone else has any advice I'd be grateful! Surgery is not really something I can afford and I still have about 15-20lbs to lose yet anyway so wouldn't even begin considering it yet.

I am down at a healthy weight and have been getting substantial exercise. I lost close to 70 pounds. I still have a "spare tire" but it's flat. It's mostly loose skin. You know that old line from the commercial - "if you can pinch an inch"? Well, I can't; it's more like half an inch or less. My belly has some obvious wrinkly sagging skin. If I pull it tight, my abs have gotten in better shape than they have been in a long time. I have been at this weight about 6 months and I do think it has gotten marginally better but I am frustrated by how slow it is. It's not bad enough for me to consider having surgery or anything but I really hoped it would tighten up faster.0

Time. Skin takes a lot longer to shrink than fat. And, even then, it may not shrink back.
I lost 180lbs and had a belly flap, now over a one year recomp I did lose a lot of my excess skin, but a lot stayed. I recently had surgery to remove the belly flap that didn't shrink.3
