Hi there. I am 41 and from South Africa. I am hoping to find friend that will help me with motivation and accountability without being judgy.

    Welcome! This will of course come off as being judgy, but you will battle forever and in vain if your goal is motivation, and you are only accountable to yourself. MFP is/has a great set of tools that work great if you apply them correctly.
