Hey everyone! I am a mother of 3 and wife. I work in mental health/addictions and a lot of my job does not include very much activity. I am wanting to get myself in a routine, lose some weight and gain some muscle. This is the first time I have ever participated in something like this, so I am looking forward to it!

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
