Need to stick at this!

I have woken up this morning determined to stop messing round and to crack on with my weight loss. I have gained and lost the same 5 pounds for over a year now! I am 2.5 stone above where I would like to be realistically!
I am on some medication that causes weight gain but being honest- I eat crap, takeaways, junk food, no where near enough exercise!
I have started to feel a pain in my chest where my heart is, it is probably nothing, but has made me realise this weight loss isn't just for vanity- I have kids and I need to be healthy for their sake!
I am in my 30's and a stay at home mum (and part time student) for now.
Is anyone in the same boat who would like to add me (save me from myself!).

Please see your doctor about your heart!

Now onto the advice I was thinking about when I started reading: Reframe. Conceptualize "this", make it into actionable stuff - don't think about "this" as "weightloss", but as "eat less, move more", which is what leads to weightloss. This mindset puts you in charge, you will see that your medications may well increase your appetite, but it does not lead to weight gain, it's the eating more than you need that's the cause of that. This will hopefully lead you into challenging the ideas that there are crap foods and healthy foods, and that food decisions are supposed to be a constant battle between good and evil. You will see that you are the only one that can save yourself, and that you don't just "need" to stick to it, but that you *want to".
