Waffle Taco - Feeds 4
1 cup Great Value Extra Fluffy Pancake Mix
3/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup Great Value Mozzarella cheese (optional)
8 large eggs
1/8 cup Blue Diamond Unsweetened Almond Milk
4 Great Value Turkey Sausage Patties
Salt and pepper
Mix pancake mix according to package instructions and add vanilla extract for extra flavoring if desired. While your spouse works at making the waffles (4 large ones) in the waffle maker, put 8 eggs in a bowl and add the almond milk and salt and pepper to taste (you can also add any other seasonings you want and the cheese if you choose). Mix together vigorously and cook in a pan on the stove until scrambled. While cooking the scrambled eggs, throw the turkey sausage patties in the oven or microwave until done.
Once everything is finished, take a waffle, take your turkey sausage and place it in the middle, slap 1/4th of the scrambled eggs onto it, fold and enjoy!
