MACRO CHANGES

I just realized that as of today MFP raised my sugar, lowered my fat, raised my carbs, raised my fiber, and raised my protein. Not sure if I should follow this or readjust with the TDEE method because that's what I use to get my calorie goal.

I notice my goals adjust for my exercise. I ignore it and go by my regular goals as much as possible.0

The macros change when I update my fitness profile each month. I just go and change the macros back to how I want them.0

Yeah, I don't pay attention to those things. I just watch calories and make sure that I have balanced meals (protein + veggies + a little fruit). Simple carbs are allowed in my diet, but they rack up the calories fast, and they leave me feeling hungry after an hour or so. Hope this helps with what you're wanting to figure out.0
