    my understanding is that bamboo is an appalling diet from a nutritional point of view, so Pandas pretty much have to spend all day eating to get any benefit. Basically pandas shouldn't exist, because unlike the rest of the animal kingdom which evolves to be able to eat to survive, pandas are eating to die out.

    I'd say pretty lean. The tender cuts will be fine with a good sauce but I would definitely make panda sausages out of the tough cuts.

    I am on a bamboo-only diet, breast-feeding an infant. Also, I have seasonal allergies to bamboo, and when I sneeze, my baby bumps her head on the floor and I'm afraid she may be getting a concussion.

    Question: Should I try keto? Is that compatible with a bamboo-only diet? And how much more bamboo should I eat to account for EFB a baby panda?

    You’re off to a great start! Simply the mention of keto in a post means the pounds will melt off of you! While bamboo is not keto friendly, never you fear! You’ll love bulletproof coffee! Make sure to get decaf to not disrupt that precious little ones sleep schedule! Of course If you’re really serious, you need to try IF combined with keto!
