Best way to calculate workouts

Does anyone know how to incorporate 21 day fix workouts (Beach Body) into the exercise portion of the app? Hoping someone can help me.

Circuit training?0

That’s the only thing I could come up with. But on arm day or leg day I wouldn’t think it would count as that. There’s very little cardio involved.0
