New Members Seeking Connections

Looking to connect with others desiring mutual support. Lost 18 lbs before I started on this site and have lost 2 more lbs in the last week. Very motivated and pushing the exercise envelope as much as I can: cardio equipment or hiking and jogging a couple hours a day! Adding weight training shortly. Really working at it and am feeling better and better. My goal is to loose about 30 more lbs! Heading out on a fun packed family vacation a week from today and intend to stay on task throughout. I also understand about periods of struggle and just came out of a prolonged phase of that when I got started a couple of months ago!
