I'll introduce myself my name is SJ and I stepped on the scale at 304lbs and decided to change my life. I'm a serial dieter. I get set on a diet or lifestyle and I go full ham on that life until I'm where I want to be. I hang there for a while and then I catch myself back where I am. I am currently on a ketogenic diet and it works so well with my health issues and really works fast for me. This isn't new for me but MFP is new for me. I'm in my early 30s. I have pcos and Endometriosis. (I always look 8 or 9 months preggo and it pisses me off when people ask when I'm due) I'm married and we are trying for a family before either my ovaries quit all together or the age clock catches up with me. Every doctor and infertility specialist I've seen says I need to lose about 50-100lbs. My body sucks! I want a new one!! Who's with me?

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
