Weight loss help!!

I’ve been losing weight progressively but, for the past couple of weeks, I’ve stayed on the same weight and I just can’t seem to go any lower. Please share me your tips! Thanks

Advice is easier to give if you give a bit more information... how much have you lost, how much do you still need to lose, how long have you been working on it? All these things effect the direction you need to go in. If you have been dieting for a short period then you probably are just in a rebalancing time after the initial water weight loss that is common when people start dieting. If you've been dieting for 6 months or a year you may need a diet break at maintenance for a couple of weeks. If you have lost 50 pounds and only have 10 left to go then you might need to reduce your calories if you haven't done that since you started dieting unless you are already too low to begin with to reduce.1

Keep doing the right things, try to log food as accurately as possible, study your results over TIME and then adjust based on that. Small adjustments are better than big ones, so you know what works.
2-4 weeks at the same weight really doesn't mean much. Fluctuations of five pounds are common, and to be expected.1
