I recently did a blog post on pre and post workout nutrition but here’s one thing that I always wonder about, do you prefer to take in your protein pre or post workout for muscle gain? I currently do post workout but I know it’s a debate that won’t ever go away. So what are your thoughts?

I don't really like eating a specific preworkout (I generally have a meal 2-3hours prior). Post workout is dinner when I get home.

Neither. I just aim to hit my min daily protein goal at my normally scheduled meals. I don't call these pre or post.

I personally have a bit of protein at breakfast, a protein rich snack, my preworkout (espresso and candy) followed by a protein rich lunch post-workout. Pretty much all my meals and snacks have at least some protein in them so I don't focus on it too much. I think as long as you are getting enough throughout the day, your gym performance is great, you are getting results... keep doing what you are doing and don't focus on the minutiae.
