I had to take a break from MFP because I was obsessively logging food and was not enjoying the people I was with. I start at my 4 year University at the end of August. I had orientation on Monday and figured out the many many many stairs on campus are not my friend neither it the two mile walk from the commuter parking lot to the campus buildings.
I did really well previously losing 50 pounds. I am 5’1” and as of today 265 pounds and 34 years old. I would like to be at a healthier weight by The time I start my teaching internships next fall. I would like to be at or below 200 lbs by them I hope I can make it work because being a fat teacher in middle school can be awkward because students will call you names.
I wish you luck on your journey and feel free to add me if you like.

If you found yourself obsessing too much the first time around maybe MFP isn't the right tool for you. Have you looked into other options?0
