Hey Guys,
Just wanna share with you my achievement during the last 3 months.
I’m 181cm and my weight was 76.1 kg, now I know for some this seems to be ok but I was what you can call a skinny fat.
I joined the gym with PBF of 21.5%. I was focus on achieving a sub 10% PBF and thank god I did.
I’m not dieting at all actually I’m eating a lot. The thing is I just started to choose a better kind of food. A nutrition plan that would fuel my body and keep me on track. I don’t believe on dieting as it’s always a temporary solution.

Eat well, kill it at the gym and get enough sleep. Those are the pillars for an athletic healthy body.
