I started keto on march 2018 and have been on it since, lost 15 lbs the first month but have been at a stall for almost 4 months 😭 i workout atleast 3-5 times a week! I feel great and have tons of energy but I want to I want to lose more weight. I am gonna start tracking, maybe this will help me. Need friends to see what other people are doing, maybe I can also try.

    Have you tries fasting? I listen to the 2 Keto Dudes pod casts and the are always talking about how they break plateaus by fasting.

    Track your calories. If you are enjoying keto, then great, but you still need to eat fewer calories than you burn.
