Hey Ive had a Dream of being a boxer but always been overweight and unfit and now I have decided that it's time for a change and I want to follow my dream. And I need to drop down to about 220-240lbs as I 6ft 2 and want to go in the heavyweight class. So im looking for some advise on this best exercises and food plans to drop around 50lbs of fat

I admire you for wanting to make you dream come true !! I want my self esteem back as much as you want to box lol . I hit 40 years old and my body kinda did a 360 ; ( I now have Hi blood pressure and type 2 diabetes !! Maybe we can encourage Each other1
