Getting serious about the last 10 pounds.

I've lost 25 pounds on my own just by working out consistently and cutting out most junk. I am ~10 pounds away from my goal weight (150lbs) and have been stuck there for over a year. I'm celebrating my 30th birthday in December, I've decided to hone in on my diet and watch my calories closely so I can hit my goal by then. It's already working! The scale is moving again! I could use some friends for support and accountability.

    i have about 5-10 pounds i'd like to lose also and have myself dropped 20 lbs (almost). i'm 29, also! i keep my food diary private, but try really hard ot be interactive with MFP friends. sending you a request!
