Hey everyone!
So some quick background on me - I did competitive swimming for 10 years, up until I was 18. At that point I was training hard for 3 hours a day, and eating thousands and thousands of calories to make up for that.
I quit swimming that senior year of high school, and am now about to start my 3rd year of college, but I haven't worked out since high school. In that time I've gained weight, and am now borderline obese. This summer I decided I really needed to get my physical life back together, and have will be working out an hour a day, four days a week, and actually keep track of my caloric input, and cutting out sugars that aren't in fruit (I was drinking two cans of Mountain Dew a day!).
This is my first week of starting to do this, my weight goal is to go from 205 to 165.
