So back in may I went to the hospital for this weird chest pain. Long story short it was nothing, but at 33 with a 4 year old and 2 year old, it scared this *kitten* out of me regardless! Next day was a complete change in diet and attitude.
I've logged into the app now for 64 days in a row and have dropped about ~20lbs. While I'm still about 85lbs away from my goal, but i feel that I'm on the right track and im staying positive. So far it's just been a 100% change in diet and walking a few miles every day.
I need to step up my exercise but dont really know where to start, so I'm here to learn and hopefully get/give some motivation.
