100/day Plank(from hands to elbows) -push ups(knees or not) -squats

100 of each per day, doesn’t matter if it’s all at once or throughout your day. For the plank, rather than just holding yourself up for a certain amount of time go from hands down to elbows that’s 1. I’m Excited and starting right now 😊😊😊 help keep me motivated!!!
