    How large? You've gotten some great suggestions.

    I started at 32JJ (UK, 32N US). When I started I got a Panache one on Amazon. I've since shrunk out of it.

    My next bra was a 30JJ (N) in Freya Active (underwire version), also from Amazon.

    I still wear that one, because I'm a 30 band still, but it doesn't work well because my breasts have shrunk. But I'm changing sizes so fast and they are too expensive to buy so often.

    I wear a 30HH (L) now, and I've got a Shock Absorber one I love. It is my first super-smoosher bra (the other two were underwire encapsulation style, great for shape, not as great for shrinking breasts). I can get into it myself but find it much easier with someone helping fasten it. It's tight. But it is so freeing, it's like not having large breasts anymore. But it was $60....I want a second one! But I dutifully wash it after every gym trip so it will be ready the next time.
