Having a hard time sticking to healthy eating

Hey guys! Within the past year or so I've managed to loose 113 pounds! I've done it in a healthy and maintainable way and I haven't really struggled sticking to it until these past couple of weeks. I've been stuck in a weightless plateau (any tips on that would also be welcome!) and have had a harder time saying no to junk food at parties and have kept picking at foods around my house. I haven't really binged eaten before but I keep feeling that like at any moment I could "break" and eat an entire cake. Any ideas on how to shake this feeling? Thank you so much!

Don't try to shake the feeling - take the problem seriously. There really is no such thing as a plateau, you're just eating at mainenance, or your loss is getting so slow that it's masked by water weight fluctuations. A smaller body can't lose fat as fast as a larger body. What's your height, current weight, and calorie target? Have you updated weightloss rate/calorie target after your loss?0

I'm female, 5ft 7, 167 pounds and have been eating about 1300 calories a day. I have been updating calorie targets with my weightless.0

But have you reduced weekly weightloss goal appropriately? And set activity level to the best of your jugdement? You can expect to lose up to 1% of your weight per week, and up to means that this number drops as you go from morbid obesity, and you're barely "overweight" now. 1 pound per week should give you around 1600 calories, and you're supposed to eat back exercise calories too. Oh, I forgot to cheer you on for your loss! Hooray!1

A diet break might help0

You've been in a deficit (a pretty large one at that) for a very long time. Maybe it's time for a break?
